Individual Therapy

  • Initial Intake Session with Jessica (60 minutes): $160

  • Initial Intake Session with Vanessa (60 minutes): $130

  • Ongoing Therapy with Jessica (53 minutes): $150

  • Ongoing Therapy with Vanessa (53 minutes): $120

Vanessa works with adolescents and families seeking support with emotional regulation, stress, trauma, and identity development. Drawing from her experience as a middle school counselor, she has a strong understanding of the unique challenges teens face during this stage of life, including peer dynamics, academic pressure, and self-esteem. Her approach is grounded in DBT and trauma-informed care, helping clients build practical coping skills while feeling understood and supported. Vanessa’s work is always tailored to each client’s individual needs, creating a space where teens and families can navigate challenges and build confidence together.

Family Therapy

  • Initial Intake Session with Jessica (60–75 minutes): $170

  • Ongoing Sessions with Jessica(50 minutes): $160

  • Initial Intake Session with Vanessa (60–75 minutes): $150

  • Ongoing Sessions with Vanessa (50 minutes): $130

Support for partners or families navigating communication challenges, emotional disconnection, boundary issues, or major life transitions. Sessions focus on improving understanding, connection, and relational healing.
